The remedy involved placing a multilayer cap over the most impacted areas and performing long term monitoring for gas and groundwater.

With land now at a premium in Los Angeles, the 40-acre parcel has become a development opportunity.

We are assisting an interested developer and are introducing such green concepts as:

• An optimized ingress/egress truck route
• Trees to isolate the facility from an adjacent school ballpark
• Grading to minimize runoff impacts
• Seeding with native grasses to reduce irrigation requirements
